Dr. Salma Al Mahdi is a highly experienced Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with over 35 years of extensive experience. She specialises in high-risk patient care and manages 2-3 antenatal and post-natal clinics weekly, overseeing approximately 25 cases per clinic. Proficient in routine and high-risk obstetric ultrasound, Dr. Salma also conducts 2-3 gynaecology and infertility clinics each week, handling about 18 cases per session. She excels in instrumental delivery techniques, managing obstetric emergencies, and performing caesarean sections. Her expertise extends to the management of infertility cases, ovulation induction, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and laparoscopy procedures. Dr. Salma is dedicated to rapid diagnosis and patient education, offering family planning and contraceptive counselling. She participates in 24-hour duty rotations and dedicates an operative day every two weeks for various gynaecological surgeries.
