Dr. Hamid is a Specialist Plastic Surgeon with over 28 years of experience in the field of Plastic Surgery & General Surgery. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 1,500 surgeries as a General Surgeon and over 15,000 Plastic Surgeries, after acquiring his board-certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in 2002.
Within aesthetic surgeries, he has an array of plastic surgeries including but not limited to liposuction, face lift, breast augmentations, body contouring surgeries, and facial surgeries.
As a Reconstructive Surgeon, he has performed scalp reconstruction, hair transplant, otoplasty and total ear reconstruction, scar revision surgeries, congenital malformations of face and hands, as well as burn reconstruction surgeries.
Dr. Hamid has also completed maxillo-facial surgeries where has repaired facial bone fractures, bone grafts to the maxilla and mandible, reconstruction of mandible and maxilla, reconstruction of zygoma, and reconstruction of the orbital bones.
Dr. Hamid is a full professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has trained more than 160 residents of plastic surgery during last 18 years. He has also published more than 97 academic papers in the most famous scientific journals in USA and Europe, and these papers have more than 1,470 citations with h-index of 19.
